At FPC, Inc. our negotiating skills result from years of experience and study of insurance companies price/rate trends, cycles, and insurance underwriter behavior patterns. As your agent, we will use our knowledge and experience to reduce your rates in most cases by quoting all plans that you are eligible for and negotiating with your existing plan carrier. We will analyze your plan design, receive all the eligible quotes, prepare analysis report and negotiate with your existing plan carrier to reduce rate increases.

We also assist you with IRS compliance including the SPD (Summary Plan Description) and the Summary Annual Report required by the Affordable Care Act.

We start our work 4 months prior to your plan's renewal. We do not charge fees for our services, we are paid by the insurance carriers.
